Implementation Forms

 

General Guidelines:

 

• Organization Name is the school name

• Please send all email inquiries or completed forms to implementation@vschoolz.com

• Site setup turnaround time is normally 10 business days exclusive of training

 

Here is a brief explanation for each form with the link to each form individually:

 

• WEBSITE SETUP:  Details for BLMS Site Setup & Login Page; Administrator information

  • Link = Node Setup

• WEBSITE DESIGN: Design graphics for site including Logos, colors, etc.  Usually completed by IT Support or Webmaster

  • Link = Site Design

• TERM SETUP: Define school year terms, grading periods and grading scale

  • Link = Term Setup

• CURRICULUM SELECTION:  Select desired courses – Spreadsheet download available; Contains course descriptions

• TRAINING SELECTION:  Select desired training & desired dates

• TEACHER/ADMIN ENROLLMENT:  Define teachers and administrators for school; Designate courses being taught by teachers – Spreadsheet download available
